House Rules
1.Early check in or late check out must be approved 24 hours in advance.
2. Please respect the neighbors and limit noise between the hours of 10:00 pm & 8:00 am.
3. NO GUESTS above the maximum 16 guest occupancy. No events of any size.
4. A/C cannot be set lower than 72 when outside temps are over 100. This is monitored by our maintenance person & if settings are changed additional charges will be incurred.
5. NO PETS- any pets brought to the property without prior authorization from host will result in loosing your deposit for breaking house rules
6. NO SMOKING- inside or outside of the property. Evidence of smoking result in $300 fine for damages
7. Guests must be min. 25 to book. If under 25, guest must have at least 1 previous 5 star rating from another host.
8. If the home has any issues upon your arrival please contact house immediately with pictures of any issues to avoid being charged for damages
