Welcome! We are Carlos and Jenny, a California-based family with a dream to provide families like us with affordable to luxury vacation rental options. Having both grown up in Southern California, we understand the importance of a great family getaway. After years of working demanding jobs and raising children, we decided to take a leap of faith and start a vacation rental side business at our family's beloved mountain retreat in Mammoth Lakes, CA.

Through dedication and hard work, we became successful Airbnb Super Hosts and VRBO Premiere partners. Building on our success, we expanded into other popular vacation areas throughout California and Arizona, eventually launching Surf Snow Sand Vacation Homes. Our goal is to offer clean, modern, and stylish homes for our guests, allowing them to travel with their families and enjoy a personalized experience rather than being confined to a small hotel room.

As a completely hands-on operation, we work closely with other hosts to purchase homes in popular vacation areas, remodel them to meet our high standards, and manage each property to ensure a unique experience for each family we host. We take great pride in meeting families from around the world and helping them plan the perfect vacation that they will always remember.

To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service, we have local teams of housekeepers, maintenance, and service providers in each area we service. We are dedicated to ensuring that each property is kept in top condition for our guests' comfort and enjoyment.
