The space

Welcome home to this classic Mid Century Modern McCulloch compound. Originally built by the famed founder of Lake Havasu Robert P. McCulloch as a lake view compound to house family and friends. This home has been lovingly restored to suit the needs of today's traveling families while maintaining the original charm of a classic McCulloch Lake Havasu home. Large fully remodeled pool and deck area in the front of the home is set up on the hill to take full advantage of the beautiful lake views and incredible sunsets.

The home is set up as 2 homes in one which is ideal for multiple families traveling together. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with large open family room/kitchen/dining area with lots of windows overlooking the lake. Upstairs we also have 72" Smart tv and electronic basketball game for guests to enjoy.

Master Bedroom 2- King bed, twin over twin bunk bed, tv, attached bathroom with shower. Pool and lake views from windows

Bedroom 3- King bed, lake and pool view windows with lake view.

Enter from the stairs upstairs or there is a private entry near garage as well.

We have a mini kitchen with freezer, sink, dishwasher and microwave. Open living room with large smart tv. Perfect for the kids to hang out separately from the adults so everyone can watch their favorite shows or sports.

There is plenty of boat and RV parking at the home as well as lots of outdoor areas to enjoy. We are about 12 minutes to downtown and the London Bridge area and about 5 minutes from the grocery store, coffee shops and eating options.

2 homes in 1 with amazing pool & lake views! Lots of big, comfy, King beds & plenty of parking for all of your boats or outdoor toys!

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms 2 baths with fully stocked kitchen, large 4K tv in living room & arcade basketball to enjoy.

Downstairs is 2 bedroom 1 bath with kitchenette, additional living room with large 4K tv & seperate entrance.

Ideal for multiple families who want to have adult space & kids spaces.

Pool can be heated to 85 for an additional fee of $25 per day. Spa heat is complimentary! Hosts need 48 hour notice to have pool heated for your arrival.

We are pet friendly for well trained family pets. $100 per dog, maximum of 2 per stay. Guest is responsible for all damages. Dogs must be crated if left without supervision in the home.

If you would like an early check in or late check out the cost is $100 for a noon check and/or $100 for a 3:00 pm check out when available. Early check in & late check out requests require 48 hour notice & approval from management. Last minute early check in or late check out requests are not possible due to cleaning schedules.

-$100 per fee for each pet, maximum of 2
-Pets must never be left alone in home unattended
-Guests are responsible for any damage done by pets
No aggressive/barking breeds

-Children must be supervised around pool at all times
-Owners are not responsible for any injuries caused by pool of property -Early check in & late check out require 24 hour notice for scheduling purposes. Checking in early or staying past check out without prior authorization will result in fines of $50 per 30 min.
