This home was just professionally decorated in modern southwest decor. Bedrooms are furnished with high end furniture and bedding for the best nights sleep after a long day on the lake.

House Rules

- Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 pm.

- Please do not leave exterior lights on all night as our neighbors love to star gaze and Arizona nights are beautiful.

- DO NOT touch or change pool equipment or settings without prior authorization from owners. Doing so will result in loosing your deposit.


We strive very hard to give our guests the best experience possible. If any part of your stay was less than 5 stars we kindly ask that you contact us directly before leaving your review so we can work to make it right.

Check out is 11:00 am. A fine of $250 will be applied for longer stays without prior authorization.

Early check in when available will require 48 hour notice & is $100 for a check in 12:00 pm

Late check out when available will require 48 hour notice & is $100 till 3:00 pm

Minimum age to rent is 25

Cigarette butts, water balloons & confetti are prohibited from property. Evidence found on property will result in a forfeit of your damages deposit.

Pool heat requires 48 hours notice. Pool heat is on propane and monitored by A&B Propane. Current propane rate is $3.75 a gallon.

The space
All bedrooms are also equipped with smart tvs. The master bedroom is furnished with a Cal king bed with cool gel memory foam mattress and 55" 4k roku tv. Second bedroom has the same Cal King bed and mattress set up with a small private bath and shower. Third bedroom is the kids room! Double bunk beds 1 double over double & 1 twin over twin and a private tv as well.

The casita, which has its own private entrance has a Cal King bed and 40" flat panel tv in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized cool gel memory foam mattress, smart tv, mini frige and freezer as well as a microwave.

Living room boasts electronic reclining sofas with built in charging stations and a big 55 inch 4K Roku smart tv. Outdoors you will find plenty of parking for boats or toys as well as full rv/trailer hook ups. Garage access is available upon request only. recliner. This home also has central A/C and heat, ceiling fans in all rooms.

Outdoors we have a large pool with baja shelf, ample seating and a drink table. We also have a bbq, table and chairs for 6 and 4 full size reclining chairs for relaxing by the pool and enjoying the privacy the open reserve behind you offers.

The location is one of the best in Lake Havasu. We are set apart as one of the only 5 bedroom properties on the lake side of the freeway. We are close to the launch, open trails on the reserve for your off road toys, great restaurants and shopping.

We also offer additional services such as shopping ahead for your trip so you don't have to worry about running to the grocery store. We have a personal concierge who is available to shop ahead with your list and have everything in the fridge for you upon arrival. Pricing varies upon request.

This property is for those that want to be close to lake and open trails in an upscale environment. This is not a party House! This is a family vacation home in great condition. We have worked hard to provide a high end home for our family as well as our guests.Everything is new and expensive to replace. If your plan is to come to Havasu to party with your friends, get drunk, get rowdy and destroy things, please call Motel 6 to secure a room. Be safe, have fun!
