Private twin home featuring three bedrooms and three full bathrooms in the beautiful resort community of Legacy Villas in one of the community's best locations. We are one of the few private one story twin homes that is completely private and offer more space than the main resort condos. Private cul de sac location that backs to walking trails and is just steps from multiple community pools and spas.
Sitting on the back patio you will enjoy your morning cup of coffee with direct mountain views and the serenity of desert living. Dining al fresco is just as breath taking at night with amazing star gazing and privacy with no neighbors looking in on you. The patio is outfitted with an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs and electric grill to enjoy during your stay.
The functional living space has a spacious and open living/dining room with a large, cozy sectional. Perfect for cuddling up on family movie night or enjoying all of your favorite sports programs, flat screen TV and a dining table seating six.
The bright & modern kitchen opens to the great room and has every major appliance including a kitchen-aid gas range/oven, microwave & fridge with full size freezer (no ice maker). Everything you need to cook, prepare and serve meals for your group are all provided to make your stay just like home.
The first master bedroom sits just off the living area to the left and is away from the other bedrooms. It is appointed with a king bed with premium linens, sitting area with fireplace, flat screen TV with cable, and french doors that lead out to the private back patio. The en-suite bathroom offers double vanity sinks, separate, oversized soaking tub, private walk in shower and private toilet room with its own door.
The second master bedroom has a California king bed with premium linens, large flat panel tv with cable and en-suite bathroom with oversized walk in shower.
The third bedroom provides a queen bed and twin bed. This room also has a private work desk and chair as well as a flat panel tv with cable. This room is right across the hall from its own bathroom as well. The third bathroom has a single vanity with a large tub/shower combo.
We also offer a blow up mattress that can be used in the living room for kids or a pack n play for guests traveling with small children. The diversity in sleeping options makes the home the perfect option for a variety of guests.
The home also conveniently has a full laundry room and attached two car garage.
Two satellite community pools and spa are located beside the property and the primary kids pool, restaurant, lap pool, clubhouse and fitness center are a five minute walk. The adult bikes and helmets provided for guests at no extra charge in the garage for easily getting around the beautiful resort community.
Pools & common areas cleaned daily to CDC standards. We are close to plenty of walking trails, bike paths, golf courses, tennis, restaurants, shopping, spas and so much more. Great location for festival goers as we are on the tram line for easy access to Coachella & Stagecoach. Our villa is close to Costco, Trader Joe’s, Aldi & Stater Brothers for all your grocery shopping needs as well as plenty of dining options from take out to 5 Star special occasion dining!
The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and town homes. Our villa is the largest single story villa available in the community with complete privacy from the crowded apartment style condo areas. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.
La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!
Guest accessPrior to arrival, guests will receive access codes to keyless electronic front door lock and garage entries.
Guests have access to bbq's around the complex, hammock area's, pools (including lap pool for adults), Jacuzzi, clubhouse, fully equipped fitness center.
In close proximity to a spa, world renown golfing, hiking, tennis courts, and great dining. Very safe area. Fully secured villa behind a security gate and security guard on duty 24 hours a day. One block away from the world renown Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort.
Additional notesHost reserves right to change minimum stay requirements during Holidays and Special Events. Stays during events such as Coachella, Stagecoach, and Desert Trip have a 4-night minimum stay.
If you would like an early check in or late check out the cost is $100 for a noon check and/or $100 for a 3:00 pm check out when available. Early check in & late check out requests require 48 hour notice & approval from management. Last minute early check in or late check out requests are not possible due to cleaning schedules.

Neighborhood overviewWe are right next to the award winning La Quinta Resort and Club and also the 5 restaurants within at Waldorf Astoria. The resort also has 5 championship golf courses as well as both Tennis and Health and Spa facilities.
Getting around2 adult bikes with helmets are available for guests to use throughout the community to access the different pools, gym and community areas.
